The project scope also includes site improvements around the 2 new structures, which includes removal of existing asphalt parking lot & the installation of sidewalks & landscaping. The project also requires the removal of an existing wood framed platform structure with stairs & handicap ramps that is to be replaced with a new platform construction. Along with site improvements is addition of canopy structures between the buildings.

Firing Range & Bullet Trap

Unique Design-Build project to design and install a rubber media conveyance system to allow refilling of the bullet trap hoppers, including adding lights & camera system to allow for remote visual inspection and screening of the filling process for active firing range.  Other misc. work included cleaning and abating the range and attic of lead dust contamination, performing duct smoke testing, air sampling, repairing the range floor concrete and polymer flooring, framing, insulating & sheeting with attic walls with GWB and painting, applying epoxy flooring to the attic, repairing range baffles, electrical upgrades & repairs.

Demo and replace tile and subgrade mortar bed on two pools. Install new waterproofing coating at surge tanks, and pools. Replace some pool equipment with new. Work to include removal and replacement of all tile in the competition pool, removal and replacement of all wall tile in the training pool, and re-grouting of the tile in the bottom of the training pool.

NSE Main Gate Covered Sentry Station

Syringa Corridor Hospital Renovations

Renovation of occupied Hospital, Demo, dust containment, infection control all required. Provided customer with upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, Fire suppression/monitoring system construction of new corridor between clinic space and hospital, fabricated and installed fire exit exterior stairs from upper floor, renovation of existing spaces, including reconfiguration of layout, doors and hardware, windows, reception desk, restrooms, roof patch, flooring, drywall, paint, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc. final cleaning. The project was completed in phases with no interruption to the occupants of the facility or public.
