From the beginning, we had challenges – from the freezing rainy weather impacting the select base mix of the site work, to all the indoor equipment was delivered 3 months before schedule, to changes the owner wanted right before the opening, that had to be approved by the City Engineers before work could be successfully completed. Despite these challenges, with the help of 15 local subcontractors with scopes including Site Work, Masonry, Plumbing, Metal Building Fabrication, Carpentry, HVAC, Electric, Mechanical, Paving, and Painting, we were able to release a completed & equipped building 10days ahead of schedule, ready to entertain the waiting community.
