This was $3.7M complex Design-Build project to add a 2nd floor for administrative space for PSNS in an occupied facility including all design disciplines; architectural, structural, and modifications/upgrades to existing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and fire alarm systems including building controls networking.
