KI17010 Samuel Adams Brew Pub – NAF Ft Hood

NNAC performed this project as a design-build to renovate one of the oldest buildings on Fort Hood into a Sam Adams Brewery pubs. NNAC addressed several building deficiencies during construction including asbestos and mold abatement, structural repairs, and correcting pre-existing electrical issues that had been out of code for decades. NNAC worked closely with several involved parties to include the pub management, facility owners, DPW, Sam Adams Brewery and their contracted interior decorators to deliver an end product that met everyone’s needs and showcased the pub’s unique character and themes.

MWR Track and Field

MWR Synthetic Multipurpose field and running track. Design/Build project to remove two existing softball fields and construct a new multipurpose artificial turf sports field, a 6-lane, 400-meter synthetic running track, as well as activity lighting & scoreboard.

Prior to the new construction, the site was experiencing significant drainage problems and the fields would flood after rainfall. Design addressed this issue with installation of a new under-field drainage system.

The project also provided new field wash-water system, outer perimeter irrigation, underground electrical distribution system, activity lighting & scoreboard, 10’ high chain-link fencing, asphalt paving & concrete curbing, and landscape restoration.

“We greatly appreciate the quality, efficiency, and level of effort NNAC consistently provides and look forward to collaborating on future projects.”
