Contract Amount:  $2,417,995
Project: Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park

We had the pleasure of building from the ground up, one of the nation’s premier Indoor Trampoline & Adventure Parks, Urban Air. Its an award-winning wall-to-wall trampoline arenas, performance trampolines, dodgeball courts, drop zone, slam dunk tracks, trampoline runway, and an area for ages 7 and under. In addition to the trampoline attractions, this location included Urban Air’s latest adventure attraction, called the Urban Two-Story Warrior Course™, Warrior Battle Beam, TUBES Indoor Playground, Sky Track Indoor Coaster and Indoor Ropes Course.

From the beginning, we had challenges – from the freezing rainy weather impacting the select base mix of the site work, to all the indoor equipment was delivered 3 months before schedule, to changes the owner wanted right before the opening, that had to be approved by the City Engineers before work could be successfully completed. Despite these challenges, with the help of 15 local subcontractors with scopes including Site Work, Masonry, Plumbing, Metal Building Fabrication, Carpentry, HVAC, Electric, Mechanical, Paving, and Painting, we were able to release a completed & equipped building 10days ahead of schedule, ready to entertain the waiting community.
